EVERYDAY COMMON SENSE

La communication everyday is the lubricant of the business engine: a simple oil that allows management to perform its function smoothly.

If the level is insufficient, the machine starts to go wrong and then breaks down. Fuelled by communication, management creates human relationships that increase the sense of loyalty and this in turn leads to higher productivity. The secret of successful management is more in the sphere of common sense and not just competence.

If you have an army of managers who seem somehow disconnected from the employees they have to manage, it means that there are problems. If managers see their position as a controlling entity and not as a relationship-builder, it means that they have stopped to old-school paradigms.

Without investment in relationships and rapport, management results will continue to be mediocre, therefore a transformation towards new paradigms that emphasise the richness of human relationships.
